I am Head of the English Language Centre at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

I have been working in Hong Kong at the PolyU for twelve years and have been living in Asia for about twenty years - in China, South Korea and Malaysia. Before that I worked in Egypt, Spain, Italy and England.

My experience has been as an English language teacher, teacher-trainer, university lecturer and  language centre director .
